Niki Haubner joined Marshall Academy in 2011 after working as a school counselor at Langley High School for four years. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and her Master’s in Education and Counseling from Old Dominion University. Prior to her work in counseling, Niki worked in Virginia Beach Schools as an Algebra Readiness Tutor with students who were struggling to pass the Algebra 1 SOL.  Niki works with students both in and out of the classroom supporting their academic, personal, college and career aspirations.  Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four children.
